South Carolina Business One Stop (SCBOS) is a Web-based program that allows users to electronically file business filings and other licenses with five state agencies – the Secretary of State, the Department of Revenue, the Employment Security Commission, the Department of Health and Environmental Control (DHEC) and Department of Consumer Affairs - at one time. You can apply for different licenses and registrations and you will make just one payment for all of the fees. There is also information available that will assist you with the type of business you are forming.
