South Carolina Business One Stop (SCBOS) allows new businesses to electronically file their corporation, LLC, limited partnership, limited liability partnership, nonprofit and even partnership or sole proprietorship via the Internet with four state agencies – the Secretary of State, the Department of Revenue, the Employment Security Commission and the Department of Health and Environmental Control (DHEC). You’ll be able to apply for different licenses and you’ll make just one payment for all of the fees. There are also information areas that will assist you with the type of business you’re forming.

In our constant drive to improve our services, we now offer you the ability to file, online via SCBOS, changes of Designated Office, Registered Agent and Registered Office with the Secretary of State, as required by law.  In the very near future, businesses will also be able to submit electronically other change applications with our office through SCBOS.
