page. With this page you can search by Debtor or Secured Party Name or
search by UCC1 or UCC3 number. The Secretary of State’s UCC Filings
Database provides access to basic filing information about any filing
filed with the office. Debtor/Secured Party names and addresses, dates
of filings and types of filings are all available. Our Notaries and
Trademarks databases are not available online yet. Images are also not
available online. You will still need to contact our office to request a
document.
Information on UCC Filings reflects the last filed information with
the Secretary of State’s Office. If your information is different you
must file the appropriate form with our office to change this
information. The Secretary of State has no authority to change this
information without the proper form and filing fee. We cannot accept
requests by e-mail or phone. Click here to
